HEET provides a number of services to keep you safe and warm at home. Find out if you are eligible for our free service.
Energy efficiency. HEET can fit energy efficiency measures, such as loft and cavity wall insulation, helping you to stay warm and save money on fuel bills.
Security. HEET can increase the security of your home by fitting measures such as door and window locks.
Fire safety. Our HEET installer will make a referral to the London Fire Brigade to fit smoke alarms and carry out a fire safety check on your home to reduce the risk of fire.
Home Energy Ratings. For a small charge HEET can provide an NHER or SAP home energy rating which can be used to estimate fuel cost and carbon savings, as well as payback periods from fitting various energy efficiency measures.
What to expect when you contact us:
Please contact us if you are interested in any of our services. We will then:
- Ask some questions to check your eligibility for FREE help.
- If you qualify, we will make an appointment for our surveyor to visit and recommend a list of works.
- When we have your agreement a skilled installer will carry out the work free of charge.
- After the works have been completed we will ask you to fill in a short customer satisfaction survey.
